We are looking for a DevOps Engineer interested in an outstaffing cooperation model.

You are a good fit if: • You have a deep understanding of Linux (from boot to network stack) and are proficient in Bash and Python for automation. • You have commercial experience with Kubernetes (administration, troubleshooting) and Docker (including build optimization). • You can design and maintain a full CI/CD cycle (preferably using GitLab CI) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible). • You can build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems based on Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack. • You have experience with related services: artifact repositories (Nexus), databases (PostgreSQL), message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and security tools (Vault). • You understand network and web technologies: HTTP/S, Nginx/HAproxy, as well as authentication standards OIDC/OAuth 2.0 and Keycloak. • You have experience administering Big Data platforms: Hadoop ecosystem, Spark/Flink, Kafka, Hive/Trino. • You have worked with lakehouse stacks: Iceberg/Paimon, Greenplum, Cassandra, MinIO/S3. • You can manage Big Data components via Kubernetes Operators and build pipelines in Airflow. • You are familiar with CDC (Debezium) and data stream orchestration.

Will be a plus: • Experience with GitOps methodology using ArgoCD and Helm. • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms – Yandex Cloud, AWS. • DevSecOps skills. • Experience with Go or Java for reading and debugging application code. • Experience with Istio, Kerberos, Puppet.
