Senior DevOps

Position: Senior DevOps Format: remote / hybrid Salary: from 200,000 to 380,000 rubles

An international IT company that develops software, creates web services, and implements analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production Kubernetes clusters (40+ services, 20+ developers).
• Design infrastructure solutions for load growth and fault tolerance.
• Make decisions on the development of infrastructure and platform services.
• Develop the GitOps approach through FluxCD: managing releases, environments, policies.
• Write and maintain Terraform modules for managing cloud infrastructure.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI with development teams.
• Ensure observability: metrics (Prometheus/Grafana), logs (ELK), alerts.
• Integrate DevSecOps/FinOps practices.
• Review colleagues' infrastructure code.
• Be responsible for the health and uptime of the infrastructure.

What we expect:

• Solid knowledge of Linux.
• Understanding of Docker and containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD setup.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitOps tools (FluxCD, ArgoCD).
• Experience with database administration.

Will be a plus:

• Developed in Go or Java.
• Ability to work with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Experience implementing Vault or similar secret management systems.
• Experience with clustered Clickhouse.
• Experience supporting Kafka clusters.
• SRE work experience.
• Built SLO/SLA for services.
• Experience with high-load projects.
• Active use of AI technologies.
