Description
We are looking for a DevOps engineer to join the IT team of Sberbank Insurance Broker, which is engaged in building key services and platform solutions.
Our goal is to create a reliable, scalable, and technologically advanced product for both external and internal clients, providing brokerage services in the insurance market, used by thousands of companies. The system will consist of more than 5 subsystems.
Responsibilities
- Administration and monitoring (ensuring fault tolerance, scalability, and uninterrupted operation): Kubernetes clusters (Cloud.ru Advanced), S3 object storage (Cloud.ru Advanced), Kafka clusters, PostgreSQL clusters (Patroni, Postgres Operator), MS SQL, MariaDB, ETCD, Keycloak, Nginx, Ingress LB (L4/L7), HaProxy, Nexus;
- Configuration and work with tools such as: Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Zabbix, ArgoCD, NextCloud, Unleash, SonarQube, PT Application Inspector;
- Automation of all critical processes and recurring requests using tools: Bash/Python, Jenkins (Groovy), GitLab CI, Ansible Playbook;
- Managing cloud infrastructure using an IaC approach with Terraform (Cloud.ru Enterprise/Advanced) Administration and maintenance of virtual servers based on Linux (Debian based, CentOS) and Windows;
- Refactoring and containerization of all used services to reduce release timelines, close potential vulnerabilities, and simplify further support.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer;
- Participation in projects for automating application deployment, management, and monitoring processes;
- Deep knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible);
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform);
- Ability to work with containerization (Docker);
- Experience with cloud providers (Cloud.ru);
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure principles, including network architecture and security management;
- Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI);
- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
- Stack);
- Experience in setting up logging and log analysis;
- Understanding of network protocols, routing, load balancing, and firewalls;
- Experience in implementing data protection measures, access management, and authentication;
- Understanding of information security principles;
- Instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
