Salary: 45,000–90,000 RUB per month.
Junior position, experience up to 1–3 years.
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects from task receipt to client handover.
- Assigning tasks to the team and monitoring deadlines.
- Coordinating SMM, designers, bloggers, and contractors.
- Communicating with clients and resolving operational issues.
- Organizing influencer campaigns, shoots, and offline activations.
- Monitoring budget, deadlines, and task completion quality.
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting.
- Interacting with the IT team on platform-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Project Manager experience of 1 year or more.
- Experience in digital / influencer marketing / advertising will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative background will be an advantage: ability to come up with ideas, write copy, and formulate content tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Responsibility, systematic approach, and independence.
- B2B segment experience will be an advantage.
- Russian — fluent.
- Kazakh — fluent.
- English — confident level.
- Ability to work with task managers and spreadsheets.
Conditions:
- Income: Stable salary + KPI based on project performance. The average total income is 300,000–600,000 ₸ (discussed upon interview completion).
- Work Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00.
