We are looking for a specialist who will manage IT projects for an insurance company – from gathering business requirements to implementing ready-made digital solutions.
Key areas: digital underwriting, AI correspondence processing, compliance, and business process automation.

Main Responsibilities
- Managing IT projects, backlog, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Organizing Scrum ceremonies, assigning tasks to developers, and monitoring deadlines.
- Testing and accepting solutions, managing risks, and preparing reports.
- Preparing internal documents, organizing approvals, and supporting contractor agreements.
- Interacting with business units, the IT team, and management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT projects as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
- Practical experience with Scrum and backlog management.
- Skills in preparing technical specifications, describing AS-IS / TO-BE business processes.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development principles.
- Experience with Jira, YouTrack, or similar systems.
- Proficient business communication, systematic approach, independence, and responsibility.
Will be an advantage
- Experience in insurance, banking, or the financial sector.
- Knowledge of underwriting and compliance processes.
- Experience implementing AI/LLM solutions and automation.
- Knowledge of RK legislation on personal data, experience with 1C and integrations.
- PMP, PSM, PSPO, or CBAP certifications.
