Vacancy: ML/AI Engineer (Middle+ / Senior) Location: Anywhere except RF | Remote | 3 months | Full-time Rate: $4500 / month

About the company: Skyro is a fintech company in the Philippines. In 2026, we are actively developing several ML/AI directions:

• Antifraud and customer verification
• Credit scoring
• Multimodal processing of images, audio, and video
• AI assistants for support, sales, and marketing

We are building some from scratch, while others utilize open-source, white-label, or commercial models (including OpenAI). We choose the tool for the task — not the other way around.

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in outstaffing (full-time, 8 hours) • Experience in fintech, insurance, or investments — prioritized • Conversational English: B1–B2 (technical interview in English) • The team is Russian-speaking, documentation is in English

Responsibilities: • Design, development, debugging, and documentation of ML solutions • Independent work on tasks (individual contribution) • Clear alignment of results with the plan: deadlines and quality are prioritized

Conditions: • Rate: $4500 / month • Payment terms: 45 calendar days deferred payment • Fully remote format • Flexible approach to the tech stack
