ABOUT FONIO

We move fast, take ownership, give direct feedback, and avoid politics and unnecessary meetings. Join one of Europe's fastest-growing companies.

YOUR ROLE

You shape how fonio feels to use for thousands of businesses. You own core areas of our product end-to-end: from talking to customers, to designing the flow, to shipping it with our engineers.

You're a hands-on designer with high craft and a lot of autonomy. You don't wait for perfect specs. You find the problem, design the solution and move fast.

Own the design of core product areas end-to-end, in close collaboration with Product Engineering and our founders
Talk to customers regularly and turn insights into design decisions
Turn complex functionality into simple and easy to use experiences
Shape and scale our product design system
Prototype fast with AI tools (Cursor, v0, Claude and others) to get from idea to testable flow in hours, not weeks
Use analytics to measure what works, and iterate
