A telecom company ER-Telecom is looking for a Cloud Platform Product Owner.

Candidate Expectations:

Basic Requirements:

• Higher education (Radio Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT is a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in R&D / cloud product development
• 1+ year of experience in a management position (Team Lead / PO / PM)

Professional Background:

• Deep understanding of the cloud technologies market (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and architectural solutions (K8S, S3, block storage)
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and vendor solutions: AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Manage IQ
• Understanding of Infrastructure as a Code principles (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum team: backlog management, sprint planning, retrospectives
• Proficiency in planning tools (Kaiten, MS Project, Jira/Confluence)
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and diagramming tools (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart)

• Proactivity and strategic thinking
• Presentation skills: ability to package a complex technical idea into a simple business story
• Stress resistance and ability to make decisions under uncertainty (the team operates in a rapidly changing telecom environment)

What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible for the product, its market value, and technical implementation. Your focus is CMP (Cloud Management Platform)

Product Strategy and Development:

• Forming and prioritizing the backlog based on product strategy
• Forming the product value and its detailed representation within the Customer's company
• Implementing CMP (Cloud Management Platform) in the Customer's network
• Maintaining the product development roadmap

Analytics and Requirements:

• Analyzing the needs of cloud service users, assigning tasks to analysts, and evaluating results
• Researching commercial CMP solutions, interacting with vendors
• Developing technical specifications and functional specifications, including user stories

Development Management:

• Monitoring development, reporting, and adherence to the schedule
• Participating in all Scrum processes, optimizing development

Quality Control and Feedback:

• Accepting results from developers, providing feedback to the team on customer experience
• Compiling a list of defects and a changelog for their resolution

• You have experience working in telecom operators
• You understand regulations: TSPU, DPI, SORM, Antifraud
• You have worked with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix) and billing systems
• You are knowledgeable in cloud environment Information Security (SIEM/SOC, SSO, KeyCloak, PKI).
• You have valid vendor certifications (AWS, RedHat, VK, Sber, etc.)
