Product Manager

Employee qualifications: Middle, Senior Employment: Full-time

Vacancy description: We are the #1 Rust gaming platform in the CIS, and we are now expanding globally (Germany, UK, USA, Brazil). We have our own currency, unique game modes, a huge community, and over 35 employees.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager who sees the product through the eyes of a player, thinks in numbers, and takes responsibility for business results, not just for "releasing a feature".

🎯 Tasks: • Launch features that grow metrics (deposits, retention, revenue) • Work with game modes, bonuses, promotions, and engagement • Analyze funnels, test hypotheses, prioritize the roadmap • Assign tasks to the team and use AI to accelerate work • Measure results after release and improve the product

➕ Will be a plus: • Experience in gaming / skin-themed games: Rust, CS, cases, battle mechanics • Experience in iGaming: understanding which mechanics work and which don't • Experience with promo economics: bonuses, cashback, VIP, tournaments, missions • Experience with analytics: Amplitude, GA, Metabase, SQL or similar tools
