Middle Data Engineer (Java) salary: 250k - 300k net per month Format: Remote from Russia Company: Omega Solutions Project: optimization of current pipelines in GreenPlum/Hive, data integration into S3 and development of a new data mart in ClickHouse.

What's important: • Java/Groovy, OOP understanding • Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, DWH/DataLake • SQL and query optimization • ETL: Airflow / NiFi / Talend and others. • Docker, Rancher, Git • Experience with Big Data integrations • Linux/Unix, Spark, Yarn, Ranger, Zookeeper, Ansible, Zabbix

Tasks: • Development and support of ETL/integrations • Optimization of pipelines and data marts • Engineering practices: CI/CD, code review • Solving complex technical problems and architecture development
