Have you caught yourself thinking this when reading an AI's response? And could you immediately say why? Then read on.

We are creating voice AI agents using our own models. We need a person who instinctively distinguishes written text from spoken language. These are two different languages – not the same content in a different wrapper.

What this means: -You know what prosody is – intonation, rhythm, pauses, and why without it, an agent sounds like a "robot" even with perfectly grammatical text. -You distinguish interjections ("well," "uhm," "listen") as natural speech from filler words as noise. You can hear when text is being "read" rather than "spoken," and you can explain why, not just intuitively.

What you will do: -Design the behavior of voice AI through prompts -Translate written logic into natural spoken language -Research small LLMs in voice scenarios -Configure dialogue to drive the client's economy – conversion, retention, session length, and the proportion of conversations that reach their goal.

Will be a plus: -Experience with voice or dialogue systems -Linguistic background or a conscious interest in spoken language -Understanding of product metrics
