System analyst for an IT team creating digital solutions for business. Requires communication with business stakeholders, process analysis, documentation writing, and participation in solution design.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the business to understand their actual needs
- Analyze processes, document them, and identify areas for improvement
- Write clear documentation (no bureaucracy, straight to the point)
- Assist in solution design, participate in testing and deployment
- Utilize modern approaches (BPMN, UML, etc. – we will teach you if needed)
Requirements:
- You already have an IT background (university degree or equivalent)
- Proficient with databases and can write simple SQL queries
- Have heard about ERP, API (REST, SOAP), BPMN and can describe a process
- Possess logical thinking, structure information, and are not afraid to dive into code
- Can explain and articulate thoughts clearly
- Eager to learn and grow – this is important!
