Trading Operations Lead / Risk Specialist (CEX Platform)

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the operation of the trading engine, margin model, and risk control on a crypto exchange.

Project: • CEX trading platform (Spot + Futures)

About the company: We are a technology IT startup creating products at the intersection of AI, social, and digital entertainment.

We are currently launching a new direction — a CEX crypto exchange.

You will be a good fit if you understand: • How ADL works and when it triggers • How the risk engine is structured on a CEX • How liquidity for hot wallets is calculated • How A-book / B-book logic works • How a CEX actually makes money • How to combat fraud, bots, and abuse

Key competencies: • Understanding of the order book: depth, spread, bids / asks • Working with margin, collateral, PnL • Configuring the risk engine and limits • Control of liquidations and the margin system • Working with liquidity providers and market behavior • Anti-fraud, KYC limits, risk controls

What will not be a good fit: • Trading experience only, without understanding the internal workings of a CEX • DeFi / DEX / Web3 experience only • Market makers without exchange operational experience
