We are developing an applied blockchain layer for the Digital Depository. We are developing services for indexing assets and client balances in popular blockchain networks, and working with cryptography at the application level.
Responsibilities
- participation in the full cycle of backend development (architecture, coding, deployment to production)
- designing and developing REST API for external integrations
- working with PostgreSQL and Kafka queues
- writing code with automated test coverage.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Scala 2.13 developer (standard library, Future, implicits)
- Quill (writing and optimizing queries for partitioning)
- Jetty (embedded, thread pool configuration, WebSocket)
- Kafka (consumers/producers, manual commit, rebalancing handling)
- Bouncy Castle (ECDSA, Keccak, key management)
- Liquibase (PostgreSQL migrations, downtime-free schema changes)
- experience with Cucumber
- CI/CD configuration experience (Jenkins, Groovy)
- experience with agent development
- understanding of popular blockchain concepts (blocks, transactions, logs, cryptography)
- experience with RPC clients (Web3j / ethers / JSON-RPC).
