You will lead product features end-to-end on the task and process management platform: from PostgreSQL schema and API design to the finished interface — web and mobile.
What you will do
- Develop features across the full stack — backend with FastAPI, frontend with SvelteKit
- Develop the mobile application with Kotlin Multiplatform: a native wrapper around the web frontend with a typed JS↔native bridge, authorization via Microsoft SSO and biometrics, platform integrations
- Design asynchronous APIs, data models, migrations, and background tasks (scheduled jobs, activity feeds, notifications)
- Create MCP tools that open the product to AI agents
- Maintain code base rigor: end-to-end typing, tests, small MRs, easy to review
Stack — we expect you to have solid experience with most of it
- Backend: Python 3.13, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2 (async) + asyncpg, PostgreSQL, Alembic, Pydantic v2
- Frontend: Svelte 5 / SvelteKit, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, bits-ui, TipTap, Vitest
- Mobile: Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose + Material 3, Ktor, kotlinx.serialization
- Tools: uv, ruff, mypy, pytest, pnpm, Gradle, ESLint/Prettier
- Infrastructure: Docker, GitLab CI, AWS (ECS, S3), Sentry, structlog
Will be a plus
- Production MCP / LLM agent integrations
- Swift/iOS — as the iOS target evolves in the KMP application
- Web push, WYSIWYG / rich-text editors
What we expect from you
- 5+ years of production application development, equally strong in Python and TypeScript, confident in Kotlin
- Readiness to independently lead a feature: backend, frontend, tests, deployment
- Working English for code reviews and documentation
