We’re looking for a self-sufficient Product Designer with a focus on mobile applications and user experience in loyalty programs.

What you’ll do:

• Lead design projects end-to-end: from identifying the problem to final implementation.
• Proactively define tasks and find the necessary information.
• Clearly articulate and defend your design decisions.
• Work on retention and engagement features to keep users coming back.

Who we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• A portfolio featuring mobile application designs.
• Experience with loyalty programs, retention, and engagement mechanics.
• An independent thinker with a product mindset and resilience under pressure.

Locations: Georgia, Poland, Belarus. Format: Full-time remote (first 3 months — part-time).
