We are looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer in a MedTech company
📍 Astana, office (full-time employment). Hybrid and remote formats are not provided.
💻 Responsibilities
UX
- Design user scenarios (user flow) and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Conduct basic research: surveys, testing, collecting and analyzing feedback from the team and management
- Understand the specifics of medical processes and translate them into understandable digital interfaces
UI and Graphic Design
- Develop web and mobile application interfaces within the product's design system
- Create icons, illustrations, and promotional materials for digital and print channels
- Work with the brand book: adapt the corporate identity in interfaces and graphics
- Prepare banners, presentations, and visuals for social media
Teamwork
- Interact with product managers, developers, and management
- Defend design solutions with arguments based on logic, data, and user experience
- Work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines
❗️What we expect
- Experience as a UI/UX or graphic designer for 2–3 years
- Portfolio with examples of interfaces (web and mobile) and graphic works (banners, presentations, icons, illustrations, social media)
- Proficient in Figma (prototyping, autolayouts, components) — mandatory
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, and adaptive design
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, and composition
- Experience in building design systems (component logic)
- Experience working in a product or IT company, as well as an interest in the medical field, will be a plus
