They will also build evals and monitoring, set up agents, and generally be responsible for the entire AI part. And also — participate in calls with clients, read tedious certification documents, and manually review hundreds of outputs to understand why the model made a mistake.

🎨 Frontend Design Engineer — will independently develop a workspace for experts who need to read and cross-reference those very 400-page documents from the point above every day. You will have to fit complex workflows and hundreds of fields into one beautiful and understandable interface, so that tough guys accustomed to Word documents and spreadsheets, not your AI, will want to use it. And yes, also communicate continuously with clients!

✍️ Fullstack — these poor guys will assemble the product as a whole and be responsible for absolutely everything. Here you can dive deeper into the product, or you can delve into client workflows and become so immersed as if you've been in certification for a hundred trillion billion years.
