Team Lead Java

Requirements: 7+ years of commercial Java development. Over 2 years of experience managing an engineering team. Solid expertise in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Kafka, Redis. Experience in designing distributed systems and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities: Lead the development team and develop engineering expertise. Design architecture and make key technical decisions. Develop a high-load product with millions of users. Work in close collaboration with product and technical teams.
