Financial Analyst
📍 Location: Cyprus,
Wise Wolves is an international company developing corporate and financial services for clients from various countries. The company is currently scaling its financial division and developing its own corporate neobank / financial infrastructure.
We are looking for a strong FP&A specialist to help build a transparent system of financial analytics and reporting.
What you will be doing: — management reporting: P&L, plan/fact, variance analysis; — budgeting and forecasting; — financial modeling, cash flow and profitability; — analysis of revenue / costs / KPI / unit economics; — consolidation of data by legal entities, products, and business lines; — development of allocation rules; — automation of financial data collection and processing; — participation in the development of financial systems and ERP; — working at the intersection of Finance and Treasury; — preparation of analytics for COO, CEO, and shareholders.
What is important for us: — 5+ years in FP&A / management reporting / financial control; — experience in fintech / financial services; — experience working with multiple legal entities; — strong accounting background: understanding of trial balance, posting logic, and financial reporting; — strong financial modeling skills; — Excel — advanced; — SQL, Power BI / BI tools — desirable; — experience with ERP (1C, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or equivalent); — English — professional, Russian — desirable; — systematic approach, independence, and strong analytical skills.
Will be a plus: digital assets, IFRS, regulated environment, ACCA / CIMA / CFA.
