AZCON Holding is hiring a Strategy Manager
We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to support corporate strategy development, business performance analysis, investment evaluation, and portfolio optimization across our group companies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, investment analysis, or business analytics
- Strong financial modeling and strategic analysis skills
- Experience in KPI management and performance evaluation
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of corporate strategy
- Conduct market and competitive analyses
- Evaluate investment opportunities and business cases
- Monitor performance and strategic initiatives across portfolio companies
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Participate in due diligence, M&A, and value-creation projects
