AZCON Holding is hiring a Strategy Manager

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to support corporate strategy development, business performance analysis, investment evaluation, and portfolio optimization across our group companies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, investment analysis, or business analytics
• Strong financial modeling and strategic analysis skills
• Experience in KPI management and performance evaluation
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy
• Conduct market and competitive analyses
• Evaluate investment opportunities and business cases
• Monitor performance and strategic initiatives across portfolio companies
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Participate in due diligence, M&A, and value-creation projects
