Team Lead React Native

Looking for a Team Lead React Native to manage the team and develop the mobile direction.

Tasks: Team management: 1-on-1s, performance reviews, hiring, onboarding Technical leadership: architecture, key decisions, stack selection Hands-on development (~30-40% of time) Code Review, CI/CD, code quality Collaboration with Product, Design, Backend, QA

Requirements: React Native experience from 4 years, leadership experience from 1 year TypeScript, React, RN ecosystem New Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules) CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions / EAS) Mentorship and people management experience

Will be a plus: Expo, E2E tests (Detox/Maestro)
