Responsibilities
- manage the client's investment portfolio
- prepare proposals for the client on an optimal set of products and services depending on their profile
- select financial instruments to achieve the client's goals
- assist clients in solving everyday tasks related to banking products
- interact with other departments and partners to provide comprehensive client support.
Requirements
- higher education in finance, economics, or banking
- work experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector of at least 1 year
- skills in cold calling, sales, consulting, and client management
- willingness to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — has its own courses).
