We work with stock exchange instruments, help create investment portfolios, and use ready-made strategies to build client capital.
Responsibilities
- consulting clients by phone regarding the status and management of their investment portfolio.
- selling Sber's investment products through recommendations and explaining the advantages of these products over the phone.
- preparing proposals for an optimal set of banking products and financial instruments, based on an individual client profile.
- assisting in selecting investment solutions that correspond to the goals and needs of each specific client.
- resolving current issues and problems that arise for clients when using banking products, exclusively through telephone consultations.
- interacting with internal bank divisions and external partners to provide comprehensive support to clients within the framework of remote servicing.
Requirements
- higher education in finance, economics, or banking
- work experience in the financial-banking or insurance sector from 1 year
- skills in cold calling, sales, consulting, and client management
- willingness to use AI in daily work (company-sponsored training — has its own courses).
