You Will:
- Take ownership of the design and development of production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Python, LangGraph/LangChain and modern AI tooling
- Build innovative AI products from the ground up, from initial concept and architecture through to production
- Solve complex challenges around agent orchestration, tool use, state, memory, reliability, evaluation and observability
- Work alongside senior technical and business stakeholders to turn emerging Agentic AI capabilities into scalable, high-impact products
- Have the autonomy to make key technical decisions and help define how the next generation of AI products are built
Skills / Experience:
- Extensive experience working with LangGraph and LangChain frameworks
- Prior experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI
- Strong Python development expertise, particularly within the AI space
