What we're building
We are looking for a technical lead who can unite the entire system: user experience, server-side services, development processes, and the engineering team itself.
This role is not just about strategy. It's crucial to be able to make complex architectural decisions, accelerate development, and write code where it brings the most value.
- Technology stack based on Nuxt 3, Vue 3, Python, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Reliable release processes using CI/CD and Docker

What we're looking for
Core Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in leading engineering teams and product development
- Solid practical experience with Nuxt 3, Vue 3, and the modern TypeScript ecosystem
- Deep understanding of server-side development and experience with high-load Python
- Excellent knowledge of service architecture, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and reliable release processes
- Confident work with Docker in local development and on production servers
Leadership and Scaling
- Ability to switch between product tasks, architecture, and development processes
- Experience in hiring, training, and improving engineering culture within a team
- Strong system design skills and a focus on pragmatic solutions
- Willingness to closely collaborate with founders, product, and design teams
- English language proficiency at B1+ level for professional communication
What you'll be doing
Technical Direction
- Define the company's technical vision: web, backend, infrastructure, and internal tools
- Develop the technology stack: Nuxt 3, Vue 3, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and CI/CD
- Translate product requirements into a development plan with clear stages and priorities
- Set standards for architecture, code quality, testing, monitoring, and incident management
- Write code and participate in development where architect-level expertise is required
Team and Delivery
- Build a culture of fast and reliable development without sacrificing quality
- Hire, train, and structure the team for scaling without chaos
- Improve deployment processes, development environments, and engineering discipline
- Participate in strategic planning, resource management, and technical risk assessment
