#vacancy Head of HR Department, HRD

📍 Paphos, Cyprus — office-based work 💰 Salary: €3,000–4,000

We are an international financial company. We are looking for an HR Department Head who can manage the HR team, build processes, and ensure hiring plans are met.

This position is for someone who is ready to work at a high pace, make quick decisions, and independently get involved in tasks when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team of recruiters, HR, and People Partners.
• Organize mass recruitment.
• Form and develop the HR department team.
• Monitor the fulfillment of hiring plans.
• Work with HR analytics: recruitment funnels, conversions, time-to-hire, turnover, and reasons for leaving.
• Build processes for employee onboarding, retention, and development.
• Collaborate with department heads and promptly address their staffing needs.
• Independently handle administrative recruitment and fill office vacancies at various levels.
• If necessary, personally participate in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment.
• Improve and automate HR processes.
