⚙️ HIRING | Backend Software Engineer (Node.js) - Highload

We are looking for a strong Backend Engineer for a team building a highload platform for automating browser tasks in the gaming industry. Load - 200+ million workflows per day, architecture - Hybrid Cloud.

Level: Strong Middle / Senior Main stack: Node.js + PostgreSQL + Docker + RabbitMQ/Kafka/NATS

Responsibilities: → develop and maintain the backend automation system; → optimize highload services: cache, internal APIs; → develop administrative services, analytics, payments, and notifications; → work on the stability and performance of existing services; → solve tasks on a highload infrastructure with a large number of workflows.

Must-have: → strong commercial experience with Node.js; → PostgreSQL, Docker; → experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ / Kafka / NATS); → understanding of highload system design principles; → real experience in developing and optimizing backend services - not just CRUD/API.

Will be a plus: Python, C++, Cloud, HashiCorp, AWS, DevOps, React.

Tech Stack: Node.js / Python / C++, PostgreSQL, Hetzner Cloud + Bare Metal, HashiCorp Nomad + Consul, Envoy, Traefik, New Relic, Fluent Bit, RabbitMQ / Kafka / NATS.

Who we are looking for: An independent and technically strong engineer who can bring tasks to completion without constant supervision, understands not only code but also infrastructure, and takes responsibility for production.
