Prime Group is developing its own Medical Information System (MIS) and related internal services for a group of clinics. We are looking for a fullstack developer capable of independently designing and developing the system architecture at all levels — from the database to the interface — as well as building integrations with external and internal systems. Job description: Node.js / TypeScript, Python, or comparable stack PostgreSQL / SQL, database design and optimization REST API, WebSocket, integrations, and data exchange React / TypeScript and modern frontend development Git, Docker, Linux, CI/CD Commercial development experience — from 3 years Strong backend development knowledge, preferably Node.js / TypeScript, Python, or a comparable stack Confident work with PostgreSQL / SQL, database design and optimization REST API, WebSocket, integrations, and data exchange Understanding of React / TypeScript and modern frontend development Git, Docker, Linux, CI/CD Redis, message queues, background tasks, and caching Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture Ability to understand legacy code and third-party systems Understanding of security, authorization, logging, and monitoring Ability to independently design and implement functionality from database to interface
