Kazakhstan, Almaty, office Company: Vektor TMS Vacancy: Project Manager Grade: Middle/Middle+ Responsibilities: • You manage full-cycle release management — weekly releases, release notes, announcements to clients • You conduct product demos for clients and partners • You build automation and AI tools for business needs (dashboards, scripts, bots) • You facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) • You manage projects from planning to delivery, mitigate risks and blockers • You plan team capacity, participate in roadmap planning • You are responsible for delivery metrics (on-time release rate, cycle time) — these are your KPIs • You prepare status reports for all stakeholders • You lead the team, maintain the quality bar • Readiness for business trips to clients

Requirements: • 2+ years of PM experience in IT, preferably B2B SaaS/startup • Real product delivery experience — ready to name the product, scope, what was in production. Delivery is important, not just coordination • Practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), managing a cross-functional team • Strong leadership — you lead the team, not just administer the board • Understanding of SDLC • You can both conduct demos/strategic negotiations with the client and consistently ship releases • AI is part of your daily work: you use Claude/ChatGPT/Cursor/n8n and similar tools for specs, prototypes, automating reports and release notes. Not "studying" it, but working with it already — you will demonstrate this live • You can build automation and "vibe-code" working tools yourself, without waiting for development resources • English Upper-Intermediate (B2)+
