• ML / Data Science / AI
• Python and the usual ML stack
• working with data, building features, training and evaluating models
• ML experiments and verifying the quality of results
• independent research in an unknown area
• interest in tasks at the intersection of AI, psychology, human qualities, and recommendation systems.
• recommendation systems, embeddings, NLP/LLM, clustering, similarity / ranking models.

What you will do

✔️create a system of synthetic data profiles ✔️develop and improve the profession matching algorithm ✔️design a system that will learn from user and specialist data ✔️experiment with ML/AI approaches and test hypotheses ✔️evaluate the quality of recommendations and develop metrics for comparing different approaches ✔️research ways to personalize results for different users ✔️in the future — work with NLP/LLM and other AI tools for data analysis and enrichment ✔️participate in the design of the ML part of the product and make technical decisions with the team
