We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to participate in the development of all aspects of the hotel product.
What you will be doing:
- Creating and working with a metrics system
- Generating and testing hypotheses, summarizing results and retrospective monitoring, searching for insights
- Full A/B testing cycle: discussing hypotheses, design, launch, summarizing results, and analyzing deviations
- Automating template ad-hoc requests, including using AI
- Creating analytical dashboards in conjunction with the product metrics system
- Marking up the product with user events, verifying the correct functioning of new features/changes to existing ones
- Interacting with the product team: product managers, project managers, development team, marketers, CRM team
What we expect from you:
- Strong knowledge of SQL (joins, window functions, subqueries)
- Experience with BI systems: Tableau, Power BI, Superset, etc.
- Experience with the full A/B testing cycle, knowledge of different statistical criteria and launch options/alternatives
- Understanding of product metrics, metrics systems: experience in creation or analysis
- Knowledge and practical experience in applying statistics to work tasks
- Ability to present the results of your own work
- Desire to develop and grow with the product
