⚡️ We are primarily looking for candidates with experience in FinTech/Banking/Insurance, large integrators, and companies.

🎯 Mandatory Requirements: • Experience in Rust development or willingness to learn it • Experience developing backend services, experience with Axum and reqwest+reqwest+middleware • Knowledge of the Rust ecosystem (async/await, tokio, multithreading, lock-free) • Experience with data storage systems • Experience with FoundationDB or other NoSQL, SQL databases • Experience with Apache Kafka • Working with containerization and orchestration: experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing applications • Testing experience: Knowledge of code testing approaches, writing unit and integration tests

🎯 Project Tasks • Create new services, sometimes rewriting existing ones from other languages to Rust • Optimize performance bottlenecks • Support code with unit and integration tests • Decompose and estimate tasks • Provide service support
