We are Quantix, a fast-growing project in Solana. We are developing three key areas:

• High-performance validator in the Solana network • Trading products • Real-time blockchain traffic analytical processing systems

We are looking for a Rust developer who loves to get the most out of hardware and will help make our validator and trading infrastructure even faster and more reliable.

What you will be doing

• Optimizing throughput and latency for transaction processing and landing • Profiling, identifying, and eliminating bottlenecks in high-load components • Developing and improving low-level high-performance modules • Working closely with the validator and infrastructure team • Opportunity to influence the architecture of critical system components

Requirements Mandatory:

• Solid Rust knowledge (ownership, borrow checker, async/await — proficient) • Good understanding of asynchronous and multithreaded programming • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures • Confident experience with Cargo and Linux in the terminal • Desire to write the fastest and most efficient code possible

Will be a big plus:

• Experience with Solana (or other blockchains) • Understanding of network protocols and hardware-level operations • Olympiad / algorithmic background • Experience with high-throughput / low-latency systems

Conditions

• Salary: $3,000 – 5,000 / month (depends on level and skills) • Fully remote work + flexible schedule • Performance-based bonuses from 30 to 100% of monthly salary • Real influence on core product components
