Rust Developer (Solana)

An IT holding company developing a Web3 ecosystem of products, featuring various projects: DEX, an educational platform, a launchpad, and other technological products. The company strives to provide users with unique opportunities for interaction with new technologies.

We are looking for a Rust Developer to strengthen the development team and help create innovative Solana-based blockchain solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial development experience in Rust

• Experience with Solana development (Anchor, Solana SDK)

• Understanding of blockchain and DeFi principles

• Experience with the Web3 stack (transactions, wallets, RPC)

• Ability to write secure and optimized code

• English language proficiency for reading technical documentation

Will be a plus:

• Experience with the Anchor framework

• Participation in launching Web3 or DeFi products

• Understanding of tokenomics

• Experience using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)

• Experience with other blockchains

Responsibilities

• Development and support of smart contracts in Rust for Solana

• Understanding the integration of blockchain solutions with backend and external services

• Optimization of contract performance and security

• Using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) to improve development efficiency
