About the project: The "1C for FCHD MTSD" product is implemented on the basis of 1C:Holding Management CORP (1C:UH), 1C:Document Management (1C:DO), 1C:Trade Management (1C:UT) solutions. It is designed to automate treasury, procurement, budgeting, and contract management processes 💼
Main task: Discovery of initiatives for the next quarters in the fixed-line communication direction for B2B:
Scope of work:
Mandatory requirements: ✅ Higher technical education 🎓 ✅ System analyst experience of 3+ years ✅ Experience in Agile/Scrum (Jira, Confluence) ✅ Fluent in UML, BPMN; knowledge of C4 📐 ✅ Experience in designing logical data models, SQL 💾 ✅ Understanding of microservice architecture, REST/GraphQL integrations, message brokers 🧩 ✅ Practice with APIs: OpenAPI, JSON/XML, HTTP 🔗 ✅ Soft skills: proactivity, systemic thinking, responsibility, clear communication 💬
Will be a plus: ⭐ Experience in developing or modifying CRM systems ⭐ Experience with BPM platforms (Elma 365, Camunda, Appian) — understanding of ELMA 365 architecture ⭐ Experience in telecom and/or B2B sales 📞 ⭐ Understanding of MongoDB ⭐ Basic DevOps (CI/CD, containerization) 🐳
