🔥 Creative Lead | iGaming | Remote

An international company in the iGaming sector is looking for a Creative Lead to develop the creative direction and manage the existing team of designers.

We need a highly creative individual with a strong visual taste, excellent aesthetic awareness, and experience managing designers.

Responsibilities:

— Lead a team of designers: assign tasks, distribute workload, and control results; — Develop the company's visual style and brand; — Set the creative direction and control the quality of all materials; — Oversee the creation of banners, creatives for websites, advertising, and animated creatives; — Provide the SMM team with necessary visual materials; — Develop new creative concepts and enhance existing ones; — Stay updated on trends, search for new visual solutions, and inspire the team.

Requirements:

— Experience as a Creative Lead / Art Director / Head of Design or similar position; — Experience managing a team of designers; — Strong digital portfolio; — Excellent sense of visuals and high aesthetic awareness; — Experience working with advertising and digital creatives; — Understanding of branding and visual identity; — Willingness to work in iGaming.

Experience specifically in iGaming is not required — we are ready to consider strong specialists from other digital/creative fields.
