Title: Senior Product Designer Company: Hoodies Employment type: CONTRACTOR

Hi! We're looking for a Senior Product Designer for a project-based role in a B2C startup from New York. The product will help turn "let's meet up sometime" into a concrete plan and story. A social navigator for urban life. If everything goes well and the MVP helps successfully attract investment, we'll be happy to continue working on the product and other projects together.

Who we are Hi, we are Hoodies 👋 For the last 9 years, we've been helping startups and companies from the USA and Europe launch products, develop existing services, and solve complex problems in AI, Web3, and fintech.

Responsibilities:

• Build a product and brand from scratch.
• Help launch an MVP in ~3 months.
• Form the visual direction of the product and a lightweight design system.

We are looking for you if you

• Have designed B2C products and can show relevant cases.
• Have experience designing mobile applications.
• Independently lead the design direction without detailed technical specifications and the expectation that someone will assign tasks.
• Have worked in startups before.
• Find a balance between simplicity and complexity, without overloading the interface, but adding character and emotion to it.
• Think in terms of user and product constraints, not just individual screens.
• Speak English fluently, C1 level.

It will be a big plus if you:

• Have experience in social, community, events, lifestyle, or entertainment products.
• Have experience in brand design and building visual systems.
