NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience in Trust & Safety, content or account moderation, risk, or compliance is a strong plus. It's not mandatory, but T&S is a niche industry, so candidates with this background are especially welcome.
• Hands-on experience shipping features built on LLMs or ML classifiers, including prompting, evaluation, version management, and the trade-offs between quality, speed, and cost.
• Product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
