**Middle Affiliate Manager (IGaming) Format: Remote **

We are an international product company developing our own DSP platform and specializing in traffic acquisition and monetization in the iGaming sphere.

Today, we successfully operate and develop our affiliate program, collaborating with exclusive offers from the largest market players. Now we are looking for an Affiliate Manager to help grow our webmaster network, strengthen existing partners, and scale the affiliate program together with the team.

Your future tasks: -Develop and maintain a partner network of webmasters (affiliate partners). -Manage current partners, build long-term relationships, and increase traffic volumes. -Onboard new partners. -Develop partners through upsell and regular communication. -Analyze partner performance and jointly identify growth opportunities. -Interact with Media Buying, Sales, and Commercial teams to resolve operational issues. -Participate in relevant international conferences and develop professional connections as needed.

What we expect: -Experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming sector for at least 1 year. -Experience from the product side / affiliate programs / affiliate networks. -Understanding of traffic acquisition and monetization principles. -Experience with FB / in-app is a must-have, push/popunder traffic will be an advantage. -Experience with Tier 1/2 or Tier 3 will be a plus. -**English language — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) / Advanced (C1). ** -Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners. -Proactiveness, initiative, and results-orientation. -Stress resistance and a desire to develop the affiliate program. -Having your own partner base will be an advantage.
