Senior Java Developer (Product Catalog)

We are the "Product Catalog AS" IT B2C team. We develop and enhance retail solutions, helping to make the Bank's services more accessible, secure, and convenient.
Our product "AS Product Catalog" provides management, storage, and distribution of master data about bank products — from reference dictionaries and product cards to ready-made product offers that the client sees on the storefront.
The team's task is the development, testing, implementation, and support of Java backend services responsible for the complete lifecycle of the product catalog.
Responsibilities
- participation in the development of Java backend services for managing, storing, and distributing dictionaries, products, and product offers
- participation in the design, development, and evolution of a high-load inter-cluster index (PostgreSQL, Ignite, Kafka)
- work in Agile/Scrum methodology in close collaboration with other team members
Requirements
- at least 5 years of commercial Java development experience (version 11+, preferably 17+), including architecture and database design
- deep knowledge of the Spring ecosystem (Data, Security, Boot), JUnit, principles of building web applications and client-server interaction
- experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL indexes, partitions) and Hibernate, as well as understanding of distributed transactions
- practical experience with microservice architecture: REST, gRPC, message queues (Apache Kafka) and service interaction
- confident work with the build and delivery stack: Maven/Gradle, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and CI/CD (Jenkins)
- proficiency in version control tools (Git), conducting code reviews, writing unit and integration tests (Testcontainers, Mockito)

- skills in working with generative AI models
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents
- instrumental command of AI for analysis, generation, and automation
