We are looking for an active and experienced team leader capable of successfully developing the cashless payments direction and ensuring the growth of the bank's profitability.
organize and ensure the effective work of the department in the areas of acquiring and payment services
build a sales management system within the department
develop current action plans for the direction and ensure their implementation
monitor the fulfillment of key performance indicators of business plans and operational action plans on a regular basis
participate in meetings with key partners, ensure partner acquisition as a result of meetings held
participate in conducting profitability analysis of potential service providers
participate in preparing proposals for setting tariffs for payment solutions services and loyalty programs
control the completeness and quality of activities conducted, using sales funnels
