Responsibilities

• Organizes recruitment, staffing, planning of professional and career development for employees of the department.
• Organizes the system of training and mentoring for employees of the department.
• Performs representative functions.
• Implements sales models in the following areas: salary and social projects, external and light distribution.
• Develops an action plan and organizes its execution to achieve KPIs and PPR.
• Interacts with related departments of the Bank.
• Organizes sales, conclusion and management of contracts for a banking payment agent.
• Attracts potential clients for receiving pensions.
• Organizes work on issuing and distributing salary, credit, and social cards.
• Organizes the process of sales and conclusion of salary agreements.
• Organizes the process of post-sales service for enterprises.

Requirements

• Higher education (economics/technical sciences).
• Work experience in the field of direct sales of the retail unit.
• Management experience from 2 years.
• Skills in applying AI in professional activities.
