Responsibilities
- organizing the work of a group of payroll project sales managers
- monitoring and analyzing sales effectiveness, developing an action plan to increase sales
- ensuring the planning and organization of activities for concluding payroll agreements and retaining the portfolio.
Requirements

higher professional education

work experience in a managerial position for at least 2 years

work experience in sales for at least 2 years

experience in conducting successful negotiations

communication / relationship building skills

ability to work in a multitasking mode

ability to use neural networks in daily work.
