The primary goal is to organize the work of the Field Service Manager group to achieve established targets and the planned number of meetings.
· Organization of the sales process for Field Service Managers;
· Organization of field activities;
· Team formation and development;
· Development of professional competencies;
· Joint field visits with Client Managers for coaching sessions;
· Sales planning and field activity planning for the group and each Manager;
· Handling customer complaints and claims.
· Education: higher education in economics;
· Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales;
· Skills in organizing a sales system;
· Skills in conducting negotiations and presentations for large audiences;
· Skills in team management, knowledge of mentoring and employee development processes.
· Ability to use neural networks in daily work
