Responsibilities
- development and implementation of sales strategy for micro/small business segment clients
- market and competitive environment analysis, development of proposals for improving the product line and increasing department efficiency
- conducting negotiations with key clients, concluding contracts and supporting deals

- preparing reports on department performance and presenting them to company management.
Requirements
- higher education (economics, finance, or management)
- work experience in the banking sector or sales of financial products for at least 5 years
- team management experience of at least 2 years
- ability to analyze data and make decisions based on analysis
- excellent communication skills, ability to conduct negotiations and interact effectively in a team
- knowledge of specifics of working with small business
- proficiency in modern project management and sales methods
- ability to apply neural networks in daily work.
