Responsibilities
- organizing the work of a group of managers for the sale of salary projects
- ensuring planning and organization of activities for the conclusion and maintenance of salary agreements
- performing control and analysis of sales effectiveness, developing an action plan to increase sales.
Requirements
- higher education;
- at least 2 years of experience in active sales
- management experience is welcome
- communication / relationship building skills
- experience in conducting successful negotiations
- ability to work in a multitasking mode;
- analytical thinking
- willingness to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — internal courses available).
