Responsibilities
What you will do:
- conduct presentations on salary projects for organizations with the aim of attracting and retaining them for a salary project
- negotiate with representatives of legal entities on salary project matters
- accompany and support existing clients
- analyze the assigned market to attract clients to the salary project, develop a strategy for client acquisition.
Requirements
We expect you to be:
- a specialist with a higher education and at least 2 years of sales experience
- able to create presentation materials
- have experience in public speaking and negotiations with company executives
- a confident MS Office user
- ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training - we have our own courses).
