Responsibilities

What you will do:

· conduct presentations on salary projects for organizations to attract and retain clients for the salary project

· conduct negotiations with representatives of legal entities regarding salary projects

· support and maintain existing clients

· analyze the assigned market to attract clients to the salary project, develop a strategy for client acquisition.

Requirements

We expect you to:

· be a specialist with higher education and at least 2 years of experience in sales

· be able to prepare presentation materials

· have experience in public speaking and negotiations with company executives

· be a confident MS Office user

· be ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
