What you'll do:
- conduct presentations on salary projects for organizations to attract and retain them for the salary project
- conduct negotiations with representatives of legal entities on issues of salary projects
- support and assist existing clients
- analyze the assigned market for attracting to the salary project, develop a strategy for client acquisition.
We expect you to be:
- a specialist with a higher education and at least 2 years of sales experience
- able to create presentation materials
- experienced in public speaking and negotiations with company executives
- a confident user of MS Office
- willing to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
